Scheduled Hours40Position SummaryPrimary function is to collect, sort, deliver, and process United States Postal Service mail and inter/intra-departmental mail from faculty, staff, and students in the Departments of Pediatrics, Molecular Microbiology & Adult Emergency Medicine. Process and deliver departmental packages utilizing computer-based tracking system as well as obtain appropriate signatures and storing of documents. All functions require a high degree of accuracy with deliveries and sorting speed as well as efficiency in memorizing multiple WUSM mail/package zones as needed.
