MIDDAY HOST/NEWS PRODUCER
Job Summary: Wisconsin Public Radio is hiring a midday host/news producer. This person will write and produce hourly newscasts providing timely information for WPR's radio audiences from 10 am to 2 pm and serve as first-line fill-in host for Morning Edition and All Things Considered. This position will also serve as a producer for WPR's daily morning news podcast. That will include host two-ways and other news content as needed.WPR's news department seeks to empower Wisconsin's communities through rigorous reporting that provides context, holds public officials accountable, and sheds clarifying light on complex topics. Our goal is to keep the audience abreast of the most significant news of the day, provide unique and insight
